From I-5 Southbound: Heading South on I-5, exit 154A onto I-405, take exit 2 South onto SR-167, take East Valley Rd / 180th St exit, right at first lights, hotel immediately on right side.

We were only at the hotel to sleep and left early in the morning, but it was nice to have a grab-and-go breakfast (sausage and egg sandwich, juice..) for our early flight. The bed was comfortable, the room large and attractive, all very clean. Shuttle on time and prompt when he picked us up on our return. No complaints at all. I would stay there again.
Hotel room was cramped. Friendly staff. It would be nice if the shuttle leaving the hotel was on demand.
As a return customer the rooms are very clean. The staff and shuttle great as the breakfast.
Older hotel clean but smelly
Convenient, clean and safe place to park vehicle. Very accomodating and friendly staff. Hotel a little dated but adequate.
Staff at the hotel were super friendly. I filled out a form at check in requesting airport pickup on my return but did not get instructions as to calling in when I arrived. When I got to the airport, I called to confirm my shuttle. Good thing, because they didn't know I needed a shuttle. 20 minute wait only because they didn't have record of my return trip. The room was comfortable but the hotel needs some TLC and updating. I liked being out of the main airport traffic area a few miles.
We will absolutely stay there again, it’s great quality for your dollar.
We were not notified that they quit doing the shuttle service at midnight... Our flight got in at 11:30 by the time we got outside it was after midnight... I called them when we landed she said just tell us where you're at... 30 minutes later I was told that they won't do the shuttle service.. Cost us $40 to get back to the hotel..
Returning from our trip the shuttle was cut off before 12:00 pm as our flight came in at 11:30 but we were held up by another plane. It would be nice if your shuttle ran 24/7. We were picked up by a yellow cab that was a nightmare. Cost $25.00 and the cabby acted like he did not understand giving back change. Sure...
We spent 1 night at the hotel and parked our car for 8 days. Very comfortable hotel and easy shuttle ride to the airport. This worked out perfect for our week long vacation to Hawaii!
The staff was great. Confusion with being picked up upon arrival. No one picked us up. We took a taxi with promises of reimbursement. No reimbursement as yet.

Hotel was fine. Our flight arrived on time, no one arrived called at around 6:50 PM lady explained the shuttle was not working but she would send a taxi. We were told to wait by door 18 in baggage claim outside where it was 35 degrees. We were told the taxi would call us. we waited 30 minutes and called. We were told they were on their way. called again in 15 minutes we were told the taxi had been there but we were not. Explained we were there exactly where we were told to be told us she would send another one. I went and checked with the police who were stationed where we were, she explained this happens all the time. My parents are just shy of 77 years old 35 degrees is to cold to be standing outside on the sidewalk with all the smokers. I called the 1800 number for Choice Hotels they repeated everything the other front desk clerk had said. called again she told us it would be 10 to 15 minutes more, continue to wait outside. About 20 minutes later a taxi driver arrived he called and asked where we were as we were not where the taxi's pick up. explained that we were told to wait by door 18 in baggage claim. He came and picked us up. He was nice and helpful. He dropped us off and we got our car. NEVER DID ANYONE EVEN APOLOGIZE. IT WAS ALWAYS OUR FAULT. We finally left the airport when we should have been arriving at our home, that is an hour an a half away.
Friendly and helpful staff throughout the entire experience, clean room. The ride to the airport left on time and was about 15 minutes. The thing that dropped a star was I had to wait 25 minutes in the cold to be picked up. But otherwise a great experience for the price.
Hotel was clean, sevice wonderful and a safe place to park our car at the hotel. We highly recommend parksleepfly!
Hotel and staff were very nice with the exception of the shuttle driver. Unfortunately it would appear he did not like his job, he made comments like “ well I was about home but had to pick you up at airport”, that’s your job!!!!
We enjoyed our park, sleep and fly hotel and would use this hotel again. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and want to compliment the desk staff for being so friendly and helpful. Our shuttle both to the airport and returning from the airport to the hotel was very much appreciated and the only downside was our return trip wait took a little longer because of the airport traffic.
